These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the services provided by Sole Detailing ("we", "our", "us"). By booking or using our car detailing services, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. General

By accessing our services, whether through our website, in person, or via any other method, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services

Sole Detailing provides professional vehicle detailing services, including but not limited to:

Exterior & Interior Cleaning
Paint Correction
Ceramic Coatings
Engine Bay Detailing
Paint Protection Film (PPF) Application

Details of all services offered, including specific processes, will be provided upon booking.

3. Bookings

All bookings must be made through our online booking system, by phone, or in person.
Payment must be made in full prior to or at the time of service, depending on your chosen service and location.
We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Prices

All prices for services are as outlined on our website or agreed upon during booking. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at our discretion and will inform you of any changes before booking.

5. Payment

Payment for services can be made by credit card, debit card, or other forms of payment accepted by Sole Detailing. Prices do not include any taxes that may be applicable in your region.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is available for the scheduled service.
You should disclose any existing damage or concerns with your vehicle at the time of booking.
Any vehicles with pre-existing damage may not be eligible for specific detailing services.

7. Service Completion

Once a service has been completed, we will inform you that the work is finished. If you are not completely satisfied with the service, please notify us within 48 hours of the service so we can make arrangements to address any issues or offer a re-service if necessary.

8. No Refunds After Service Completion

Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds once a service has been completed. If the service was not performed to your satisfaction, we will offer re-servicing or adjustments as per our satisfaction guarantee policy.

9. Liability

While Sole Detailing makes every effort to ensure the safe handling of your vehicle, we are not liable for any damage or loss to your vehicle that is not directly caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.
Sole Detailing is not responsible for any damages to items left inside your vehicle.

10. Third-Party Products & Services

Certain services, such as ceramic coatings or PPF, may require products or equipment from third-party suppliers. While we make every effort to use only high-quality materials, Sole Detailing does not assume responsibility for the performance or potential issues arising from third-party products.

11. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information provided during booking will only be used to process your service and contact you about your appointment. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

12. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our website, including images, descriptions, and trademarks, are the intellectual property of Sole Detailing. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is prohibited.

13. Force Majeure

Sole Detailing will not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as weather, vehicle conditions, accidents, or other unforeseen events.

14. Amendments

Sole Detailing reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will inform you of any changes, but it is your responsibility to review this page regularly for updates.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the relevant jurisdiction in which Sole Detailing operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts in that jurisdiction.
